3. Submit separate outline of your martial arts history to include years of training, arts studied, ranks, instructors, and time in grade of your highest rank held.
4. Submit four passport-size photos.

Rank converting
1. Any legitimate black belt rank or style can be converted to the world full-contact karate association Certification for a fee of: $100.00-1st Dan, 150$ 2nd Dan, 250$ 3rd Dan, 300$ 4th Dan, 400$ 5th Dan.
2. Any lower belt certification (under black belt) can be converted to the world full-contact karate association Certification for a fee of: $50.00Our rank converting styles: Full contact karate, Simmey-do karate, Kenpo karate, Kenpo jujitsu.

Attention!! This information is addressed to all martial artists and masters. Any chief instructor who’s working with our organization can’t test students and give them any ranks if he doesn’t have an examiner license or certificate. In case if the instructor has received from us such certificate or permission to test students, he can only give national certificates to his students to the level of 1st kyu, green belt. Any other higher rank, brown –black belt, should be registered in our Honbu, central Dojo in Ukraine, and the certificates should be only confirmed by the signature of founder and president of the Simmey-do karate federation, World full contact karate association and the Kyokushin budokan, Shihan Kahil Salam. Any brown belt and black belt certificates are invalid if they’re not registered in The Simmey-do federation Honbu. Every year on our web page you can find the names of recognized brown and black belts holders. If your name is not listed, that means you have received your belt illegally. In that case you have to contact us and try to register your belt. Administration.
